Korean Cultural Center in Poland is looking for a Polish exhibition stand contractor that will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, setup and dismantling of the Event exhibition stand for the “2025 Warsaw International Book Fair’s Guest of Honour Stand”.

In 2025, South Korea will participate as the Guest of Honour at the Warsaw International Book Fair, showcasing Korean literature and culture through a special exhibition at the Guest of Honour stand.

For better operations and promotions, Korean Cultural Center is seeking a Polish exhibition stand contractor that will run and operate this task under KCC’s guidance and instruction.

If you’re selected as an official exhibition stand contractor that will cooperate with Korean Cultural Center for “2025 Warsaw International Book Fair Guest of Honour Stand”, your major responsibilities will be as below, among others;

- Designing: preparing blueprints of the stand design, designing certain stand parts such as partition walls, podiums, etc.

- Manufacturing: manufacturing of stand parts such as partition walls, podiums, etc.

- Rental: rental of electronic appliances such as beam projectors, tablets etc.

- Installation: installation of event stand parts for each exhibition program, etc.

- Dismantling: dismantling of the stand after the event.

**All the procedures should be under the guidance and supervision of Korean Cultural Center in Poland

- Estimated budget: 70,000USD (Inclusive of VAT)

How to apply

1.   Download the English application form (Word file) on the website Korean Cultural Center in Poland.

2.   Fill out the application form.

3.   Submit the application form and other possible materials to litkorea.ckk@gmail.com.

4.   Approx. 3-4 companies will be selected and receive the message from Korean Cultural Center for further procedure.

Mandatory Requirements for the Candidate Companies

ﾞ The company should be legally registered in Poland.

ﾞ The company should be able to issue an eligible invoice.

ﾞ The company should be able to communicate in English with the person in charge from Korean Cultural Center in Poland

ﾞ The company should have eligible experiences of designing, manufacturing, setup and dismantling of exhibition stands in Poland.

**Legal documents, such as company registration certificates, will be requested only from companies that have passed the initial screening.
