The World Pansori Association is an organization established with the aim of globalizing and popularizing pansori in 2022. It is currently carrying out projects such as Pansori research, international exchange, performance, education, and scholarship, and is trying to publicize the artistry and value of Pansori, a Korean intangible culture and UNESCO intangible cultural heritage.

In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of Pansori's listing as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage in 2023, the 1st World Pansori Festival's "Pansori 20-hour Relay Project" will be held and participants will be recruited. In this regard, we ask for your cooperation in promoting the following information.

A. Event title: The 1st World Pansori Festival "Pansori 20-hour relay project."

B. Date: November 7, 8th, 2023 (Both days)

C. Venue: Namsan Gugak Center

D. Participants: Anyone who is capable of Pansori or Gayageum Byeongchang for more than 20 minutes regardless of nationality, regardless of age or gender, those who can stay in Korea during the "Pansori 20-hour Relay Project" performance

E. Participation Content: 20 minutes of pansori solo and gayageumbyeongchang during a 20-hour pansori relay performance

F. Reception period: August 1, 2023 (Tue) 10:00 to September 15 (Fri) 17:00

G. Participation privilege: Providing souvenir packages and certificates of participation in events
