Korean Cultural Center in Poland is looking for full-time administrative staff for a receptionist position.
Job Description
1. Position: Administrative staff - Receptionist (Polish)
2. Responsibilities
- Operation of the reception desk at the Korean Cultural Center in Poland
- Other tasks as requested by the director of the Korean Cultural Center
3. Eligibility requirements
- Polish nationality
- A person who can legally stay and work in Poland without time restrictions
- A person who has a proficient speaking and writing skills in English, Korean and Polish (Korean is preferred, but not required.)
- A person who has proficient use of software
- A person who has no reason for disqualification from working legally in a Korean government organization (for example, no criminal records)
4. Working Conditions
- Working hours: 09:00-17:00 (days per week, up to 8 hours per day)
- Contract Period: 1 year (including 3 months of the probationary period)
* 100% of the salary will be paid during the probationary period
* The employee will be officially hired according to the work evaluation after the probationary period
- Salary information will be provided at a later time
- Work start date: October 2024 (expected)

7. Selection process
- 1st round: documents screening
* Applicants who pass the document screening will be individually notified of the interview schedule
- 2nd Round: Interview
8. Important Notes
- The recruitment schedule may be changed depending on circumstances, and the results after each stage will be individually announced only to successful applicants.
- In case of no qualified candidates, the employment announcement may be extended, re-announced, or canceled.
- Applicants are responsible for disadvantages caused by false information, errors in description, and non-submission of mandatory documents in the employment application form.
- Even if an applicant is selected as the final successful candidate, the employed contract may not be signed if the candidate is found to be ineligible to work according to the background check.
