[Job Announcement] Receptionist Position at the Korean Cultural Center in Poland
The Korean Cultural Center in Poland is looking for a receptionist.
1. Position
• Receptionist (Polish speaker)
2. Responsibilities
• Managing the reception desk at the Korean Cultural Center in Poland
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the director of the Korean Cultural Center
3. Eligibility Requirements
• Must be a Polish national
• Must be legally eligible to stay and work in Poland without time restrictions
• Must be able to communicate in English (Korean proficiency is preferred but not required).
• Must be able to utilize office software proficiently.
• Must have no legal disqualifications from working at a Korean government organization (e.g., no criminal record)
4. Working Conditions
• Working hours: 11:00 – 19:00 (up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
* Working hours can be negotiated.
• Contract Period: 1 year (including a 3-month probationary period)
- 100% of the salary will be paid during the probationary period
- Employment will be confirmed based on performance evaluation after the probationary period
• Salary: 5,000 PLN (gross)
• Expected Start Date: April 2025
5. Mandatory Documents for Submission

• Proof of language proficiency, work experience (including specific tasks or projects), and copies of relevant certifications (if any)

- Applicants MUST NOT include personal details such as region of origin, family relations, physical condition, or academic background in their CV, resume, cover letter, self-introduction, or experience certificates.
- Personal photos should NOT be included either.

7. Selection Process
• 1st Round: Document Screening
- Applicants who pass the document screening will be individually notified of the interview schedule.
• 2nd Round: Interview

• The recruitment schedule may be subject to change depending on circumstances. Only successful applicants will be individually notified of the results after each stage.
• If no qualified candidates are found, the recruitment period may be extended, reannounced, or canceled.
